I am relatively certain of that given that I bought the phone direct from a retailer operating under license from the manufacturer. Please stop spreading this nonsense around. We have a hard enough time on mobile phone manufacturers' forums getting people to use their phones respnsibly. Please don't make things worse by spreading false information that will scare the more gullible members of society.
