This is one of the tips to make your pc faster. I just tested a freeware called Duplicate File Finder 1.1.0.0.

This is file comparison program supports unlimited number of files, folders or drives.
You just drag and drop your folder into it and it will check the duplicates file. This tool still has some bugs. My advice is PLEASE DO NOT use the auto marking tool that selects all for deletion. Check the list first then proceed for deletion. Enjoy it!!
