Windows vista supports a window with drop shadow effect. It looks beautiful but Linux Distro already has this feature for quite long time. Of course Vista is not comparable to Linux. Since Linux is free so the code can be modified freely.
How To
This is very simple actually. You just need Microsoft paint to do this. Open your Microsoft paint and create a new file (File>New). Drag the window that you want to print screen so it will have white background. Like this
Then just hit CTRL+Prt Scrn key on your keyboard to take the screenshot.
